Our History and Values
Blossoming Health Naturopathic Clinic was founded by Dr. Arcoma Gonzalez Lambert in 2004. Since 2004, the clinic was located in Forest Grove and operates as an LLC under the supervision of Arcoma Gonzalez Lambert as Medical Director and Humberto Gonzalez as Clinical Director.
We work together to do what none of us can do alone — that is, to provide safe, effective, cost effective natural health care to patients who visit us. Blossoming Health was founded to provide a reliable resource of health–related information and support for our patients.
Our patients are people who are choosing to address health challenges by engaging in a learning process that will usually include fundamental behavior changes. It is a life altering process that requires a body, mind and spirit investment in change. We provide primary care natural medicine, and link clients, as needed, to a comprehensive spectrum of health care options.

Each Blossoming Health staff member, no matter what her or his job may be, contributes to an essential aspect of our service. Each member is vitally important to the whole. We act together to create a working environment where everyone can create, produce and succeed.

In order to guarantee consistency in regards to our commitment to our staff and our patients, our actions and decisions are system-based.* This means that we understand Blossoming Health as a complete system that has integrated sub-systems, that are disaggregated into standards and procedures, which are written in very clear and concise Standard English. They are designed to accomplish the ultimate mission and vision of Blossoming Health.

Our “Strategic Framework” and “Procedural Manual” are provided as resources to assist our staff to have a clear understanding of how Blossoming Health operates and what is expected of them as a participating member. The purpose of these documents is to assist everyone to understand each other’s roles and responsibilities. However the policies recorded here do describe elements of behavior or other circumstances that will lead to corrective counseling or termination of an employee not in compliance.

The goal of Blossoming Health Naturopathic Clinic is to be the leading provider of alternative medical services in the Forest Grove, Banks, Cornelius, and Hillsboro area.
Our emphasis will be on providing a complete specialized service based on having a detailed knowledge of naturopathic medicine including, but not limited to, botanical medicine, physical medicine, energetic modalities, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes, stress management, and pharmaceutical interventions. Our integrated approach incorporates the benefits of other alternative disciplines such as chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage.
Our success depends on strictly following streamlined standards and procedures to select excellent employees, agree on a motivating compensation, efficiently manage the daily operation, and deliver the best possible customer service to our patients.
Blossoming Health LLC, Naturopathic Clinic specializes its services to meet the increasing consumer demand for alternative care and to address the health crisis in this area. Alternative medical services and products are the fastest growing category of business even while much of the country is seeing downsizing.
Our key strategy is the aggressive pursuit of quality and performance in providing a wide and comprehensive range of patient services. All procedures at Blossoming Health Naturopathic Clinic are documented and all employees have to follow them. There is no room for improvisation. However, there is room to improve procedures and they can be changed to undertake tasks more efficiently by a joint effort of employees and management.
Externship Opportunities
An externship at Blossoming Health Naturopathic Clinic is a hands on experience that exposes the student to all the aspects of an alternative medicine practice. Externs will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge on a variety of areas that cover from Medical Assisting to Insurance Billing and Coding.
Externs are required by their schools to complete a pre-set curriculum and number of hours. Externships are open to students who have been approved by their schools to complete externship hours.
Externs are expected to professionally perform as any other current employee. All students participating in the externship program will have a permanent training on all standards and procedures.
While we are happy to accommodate our externs we have no always job openings available by the time an extern finishes her externship. However, when we do need to fill a job opening we contact previous externs to invite them to apply.
